After being let down on several occasions by local builders and having poor work done by others, we were impressed with all aspects of our experience of Penny Builders. They were on time, courteous, came in on estimate and the standard of the work was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others. Very good to find a reliable and competent local firm.
