I was very pleased with the re-pointing work carried out on my property. An appointment to assess the work required, was arranged soon after contacting the company and at a convenient time. Adam explained in detail the work required and provided a concise quote within 24 hours. I was able to organise the work to be done soon after receiving the quote. The standard of work and professionalism were of the highest standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Penny Building to anyone wanting a 'job well done'.

Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others. Very good to find a reliable and competent local firm.
