Recently had a job completed by Penny Building & Maintenance Services Limited, wow what a fabulous piece of work. The company put in double doors at the rear of my house and bricked areas that previously held a window and one separate door. They also assisted in removing a very unsightly wood structure from the rear of my home.The brick work colour was an exact match to my previous which I was impressed with and the quality of workmanship outstanding. Part of my roof & conservatory roof were extensively damaged in the storm on 20/11/13. Adam came immediately to survey the damage and check the roof, we agreed a price and he started work the next day. he kept me informed and provided itemised paperwork. i would definitely recommend Penny building & maintenance services for there excellent work and professionalism.

Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others. Very good to find a reliable and competent local firm.

We engaged Penny Building to quote for and, subsequently re-build our 22-year-old conservatory, and have been entirely satisfied with the end result. Although bad weather and supply problems extended the work considerably longer than foreseen, the professional attitude of this company was irreproachable. The attention to details and meticulous planning of everyone concerned - the surveyor made three separate visits - couldn't be faulted. We'd particularly like to mention, the cheerful, energetic workman, Shane, who was always willing to go the extra distance. Workshy? Not this man! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality build.
