Penny Building provided us with a practical and affordable solution to a major kitchen conversion / house extension. At an reasonable price it has almost doubled our useable living space and the use of Velux windows in the ceiling has made the area light and airy.. A very friendly family run service who were always happy to give advice on the most economical solution to our requirements.

I employed Penny Building to repoint my house. Since the house is 3 story and this also included high chimney stacks this was not a pleasant job. I am very pleased that I chose this firm. They were polite, considerate and friendly. They were highly professional. Adam was easy to talk to and we were able to make changes or add new developments to the work overall as it progressed. Penny was unfailingly polite and kept me informed of any necessary changes in schedule by telephone. Since the work involved employees being around for a protracted period it would have been easy for relations to be strained but they were not. I have no hesitation recommending Penny Building and am very happy with the results of their work.
