I employed Penny Building to repoint my house. Since the house is 3 story and this also included high chimney stacks this was not a pleasant job. I am very pleased that I chose this firm. They were polite, considerate and friendly. They were highly professional. Adam was easy to talk to and we were able to make changes or add new developments to the work overall as it progressed. Penny was unfailingly polite and kept me informed of any necessary changes in schedule by telephone. Since the work involved employees being around for a protracted period it would have been easy for relations to be strained but they were not. I have no hesitation recommending Penny Building and am very happy with the results of their work.

We engaged Penny Building to quote for and, subsequently re-build our 22-year-old conservatory, and have been entirely satisfied with the end result. Although bad weather and supply problems extended the work considerably longer than foreseen, the professional attitude of this company was irreproachable. The attention to details and meticulous planning of everyone concerned - the surveyor made three separate visits - couldn't be faulted.
