Penny Building provided us with a practical and affordable solution to a major kitchen conversion / house extension. At an reasonable price it has almost doubled our useable living space and the use of Velux windows in the ceiling has made the area light and airy.. There seems to be a demand for chimney replacement, repairs or re-pointing .
We have done countless chimneys at Penny building & maintenance services, including lead work, double stack, single stack and all others.
The job will start with an assessment of how to get to the chimney with a safe working platform essential and end when fully repaired or replaced (depends on assessment)with all materials and waste removed from the site.
