We engaged Penny Building to quote for and, subsequently re-build our 22-year-old conservatory, and have been entirely satisfied with the end result. Although bad weather and supply problems extended the work considerably longer than foreseen, the professional attitude of this company was irreproachable. There seems to be a demand for chimney replacement, repairs or re-pointing .
We have done countless chimneys at Penny building & maintenance services, including lead work, double stack, single stack and all others.
The job will start with an assessment of how to get to the chimney with a safe working platform essential and end when fully repaired or replaced (depends on assessment)with all materials and waste removed from the site.
