We engaged Penny Building to quote for and, subsequently re-build our 22-year-old conservatory, and have been entirely satisfied with the end result. Although bad weather and supply problems extended the work considerably longer than foreseen, the professional attitude of this company was irreproachable. The attention to details and meticulous planning of everyone concerned - the surveyor made three separate visits - couldn't be faulted. We'd particularly like to mention, the cheerful, energetic workman, Shane, who was always willing to go the extra distance. Workshy? Not this man! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality build.

Penny Building provided us with a practical and affordable solution to a major kitchen conversion / house extension. At an reasonable price it has almost doubled our useable living space and the use of Velux windows in the ceiling has made the area light and airy.. The job will start with an assessment of how to get to the chimney with a safe working platform essential and end when fully repaired or replaced (depends on assessment)with all materials and waste removed from the site.
