Penny Building provided us with a practical and affordable solution to a major kitchen conversion / house extension. At an reasonable price it has almost doubled our useable living space and the use of Velux windows in the ceiling has made the area light and airy.. Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work. We are very experienced in all types of brick /block work and pride ourselves on are workmanship. We also have experience and have worked on listed buildings hundreds of years old to modern ones. We can do any sort of design you like in any sort of brickwork you require using all types of mortars, including lime
