Recently had a job completed by Penny Building & Maintenance Services Limited, wow what a fabulous piece of work. The company put in double doors at the rear of my house and bricked areas that previously held a window and one separate door. They also assisted in removing a very unsightly wood structure from the rear of my home.The brick work colour was an exact match to my previous which I was impressed with and the quality of workmanship outstanding. We offer an architect service for our customers who would like us at Penny Building to be involved from the very start of your new project.
This includes a locally based architect who will come and meet you taking all your requirements & thoughts plus wishes and designing the project you want.
Architect Services include: (everything you will need to start your project build)
Architectural Drawings Material Specification & Calculations Structural Engineer Service for calculating all structural situations on your project (this is needed by the Building Control for structural work) Local Authority Planning Applications Build, Regulations Applications, and advice during the project build.
Whatever your budget we will have the Solution, The architectural services fee is competitively priced and where possible we will match or better any written quote.
