Recently had a job completed by Penny Building & Maintenance Services Limited, wow what a fabulous piece of work. The company put in double doors at the rear of my house and bricked areas that previously held a window and one separate door. They also assisted in removing a very unsightly wood structure from the rear of my home.The brick work colour was an exact match to my previous which I was impressed with and the quality of workmanship outstanding. There seems to be a demand for chimney replacement, repairs or re-pointing .
We have done countless chimneys at Penny building & maintenance services, including lead work, double stack, single stack and all others.
The job will start with an assessment of how to get to the chimney with a safe working platform essential and end when fully repaired or replaced (depends on assessment)with all materials and waste removed from the site.
