We engaged Penny Building to quote for and, subsequently re-build our 22-year-old conservatory, and have been entirely satisfied with the end result. Although bad weather and supply problems extended the work considerably longer than foreseen, the professional attitude of this company was irreproachable. The attention to details and meticulous planning of everyone concerned - the surveyor made three separate visits - couldn't be faulted. We'd particularly like to mention, the cheerful, energetic workman, Shane, who was always willing to go the extra distance. Workshy? Not this man! Penny Building provided us with a practical and affordable solution to a major kitchen conversion / house extension. At an reasonable price it has almost doubled our useable living space and the use of Velux windows in the ceiling has made the area light and airy.. Part of my roof & conservatory roof were extensively damaged in the storm on 20/11/13. We offer an architect service for our customers who would like us at Penny Building to be involved from the very start of your new project.
This includes a locally based architect who will come and meet you taking all your requirements & thoughts plus wishes and designing the project you want.
Architect Services include: (everything you will need to start your project build)
Architectural Drawings Material Specification & Calculations Structural Engineer Service for calculating all structural situations on your project (this is needed by the Building Control for structural work) Local Authority Planning Applications Build, Regulations Applications, and advice during the project build.
Whatever your budget we will have the Solution, The architectural services fee is competitively priced and where possible we will match or better any written quote.
